Summer Programs

The skills learned in the performing arts are like any other skill, in order to keep them sharp, they need to be used!  Lucky for you, we are partnering with Stillwater Area Public Schools Community Education to provide a “Summer Camp” where we create a full scale show.  In just a few weeks you’ll learn and practice acting, singing, movement, dancing, and storytelling techniques that can be used in every facet of life.  Like a traditional “summer camp”, participants discover how team work and collaboration are a bedrock to accomplishments.  The bond of friendship born when performing together is unlike any other. It is teamwork in the truest sense of the word.  Sign up today and get involved in a truly transformative experience!

Grades: entering 2-9

June 7 2021 thru June 27, 2021

DESCRIPTION:  Alex the lion is the king of the urban jungle, the main attraction at New York’s Central Park Zoo. He and his best friends — Marty the zebra, Melman the giraffe, and Gloria the hippo — have spent their whole lives in blissful captivity in front of an admiring public and with regular meals provided for them. Not content to leave well enough alone, Marty lets his curiosity get the better of him and makes his escape with friends to explore the world, where they find themselves on an unexpected journey to the madcap world of King Julien’s Madagascar.
