Menus

September 21

Course 1:

Strawberry Bruschetta with Balsamic Glaze
Bin 614, Arona Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand
Intense, rich and slightly spicy with passionfruit and blackcurrant leaf to the fore. On second look there are also deep tropical notes with a savory smokiness like bursting a passionfruit seed, or grilling pineapple

Course 2:

Caesar Salad
King Estate – Willamette Valley, OR, Bin 785
Lemon and orange blossom honey collide with rose water to give this wine a fresh, fruit forward front palate with a racy acidity balanced by roundness from contact with the lees.

Course 3:

Shrimp Scampi over angel hair pasta with tomatoes, garlic, and a basil butter sauce
Milou Rosé, South France, Bin 829, Grenache, Cinsault & Syrah.
Classic southern French Rosé with aromas and flavors of ripe strawberries, fresh-cut watermelon and rose petal, mineral backbone with zesty freshness. Super versatile for all sorts of fare.

Dessert is available for purchase on-site as an optional add-on.

September 28

Course 1:

Cucumber canape with smoked salmon and a dill crème fraiche
Produttori del Gavi, Gavi II Forte , Piedmont, Italy, Bin 837
Bright, balanced, aromatic, fruity wine. Floral aromas, with delicate scents of lemon, green apple, honey; notes of almonds in the finish.

Course 2:

Garden Salad with toasted almonds, goat cheese, lemon vinaigrette
Maison Montagne Chardonnay, Bin 517
This medium body, dry California Chardonnay has a brilliant, golden yellow look with hints of pineapple, white peach, pear, and pomelo on the nose. The palate offers lime leaf, honeysuckle, lemon, and a hint of subtle lavender

Course 3:

Chicken Pappardelle pasta with artichokes, tomatoes and a pesto cream sauce
Prelius, Maremma Toscana, Tuscany Italy, Bin 86
The nose is expressive, displaying aromas of blackberry, blueberry, and a hint of cinnamon rounding out with seductive oak notes. Color is bright with an intense gem-like quality paired with dark violet highlights. It is a full-bodied wine that displays solid structure and complexity; exhibiting dark red fruit and a lingering finish.

Dessert is available for purchase on-site as an optional add-on.
